About ELM Solicitors
ELM Solicitors was set up by Emma Macpherson in 2009 and the practice has been growing gradually ever since but remains client focused delivering a highly personal service.
Emma understands that seeing a solicitor can often be a puzzling and unsatisfactory experience, especially where emotions and relationships are concerned. ELM Solicitors was founded with the aim of changing that pre-conception. We all believe passionately in an holistic approach to divorce and family breakdown, where a process that is life-changing need not be inhibiting and can actually be empowering.
At a time when you and your family are at your most vulnerable we understand the need for compassionate and constructive advice. Our own life experience gives us insight into the wider issues that can often cloud negotiations and outcomes. Our clear approach can help you look forward and make informed positive decisions about your future.
